Agave Kiss (Photo Above) was a brilliantly fast filly on the track who won the G3 Cicada S. and placed in the G1 Prioress S. She retired with total earnings of $339,400. Her line to Storm Cat and thirst for speed is what attracted her for our broodmare band. Agave Kiss produced a nice American Pharoah filly on March 13, 2018. This is her fourth foal.

This mare caught our eye at the Fasig-Tipton November sale because of her beautiful physique and excellent race record. Winner of the G3 Doubledogdare S., she also earned graded black type by placing in the G2 Fleur de Lis H., G3 Mazarine S. and G3 Arlington Matron S., earning a total of nearly $725,000 in her career. Her dam is a half sister to EFFIE TRINKET who finished second in the G2 Mrs. Revere S. and third in both the G2 Churchill Distaff Turf Mile S. and the G3 Honey Fox S. Brooklynsway produced her first foal on January 11th, 2019, a filly by Uncle Mo.

Delicate Lady first came to the Town & Country family through our investment in Eclipse Thoroughbred Partners. In her first start for the partnership, she finished 3rd in the G2 Adirondack Stakes at Saratoga. In November of 2017, Eclipse decided to dissolve her partnership and entered her in the Keeneland November Sale. We immediately recognized that she had more to offer on the racetrack, as well as great potential as a broodmare, so we purchased her. She added 2 more victories and another stakes placing to her resume before being retired sound, in foal to Arrogate.

Silent Name - Catalina Cat, by Tabasco Cat

Purchased in 2016

Out of stakes placed winner Catalina Cat, Fanticola had a great deal of success herself on the racetrack. With multiple stakes placings earlier in her career, she blossomed in her five-year-old season when she won the G2 Royal Heroine S. and finished second in both the G1 Gamely S. and G3 Santa Barbara H., getting edged out by a neck and a nose, respectively. At age six she added two more stakes placings with third place finishes in both the G2 Royal Heroine S. and the G3 Las Cienegas S. to finish her career with earnings of over $560,000. Fanticola produced her first foal on February 6, 2018, a lovely filly by the great Medaglia d’Oro.

This mare, victorious in the G3 Robert J. Frankel S. and who placed in the G2 Goldikova S., is from the family of Great Britain-bred USER FRIENDLY (GB), a former horse of the year and champion 3-year-old filly in Europe who earned over $1,760,000 in her career with wins including the G1 St. Leger, G1 Irish Oaks, G1 Epsom Oaks, G1 Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud and G1 Yorkshire Oaks. USER FRIENDLY (GB) has also produced two graded stakes horses, DOWNTOWN, by Danehill, winner of the G3 Give Thanks S. and Two Miles West, by Sadler’s Wells, who finished second in the G3 Queen’s Vase. We think this maiden mare has tons of potential. GENDER AGENDA gave birth to a filly by Curlin on January 16, 2019.

This mare, winner of the Martha Washington Stakes, is also graded stakes placed, finishing second in the G3 Honeybee Stakes and third in the G2 Fantasy Stakes. HOLY HEAVENS (Photo Above) is also a half sister to graded stakes winner HEAVEN’S RUNWAY, who captured the G3 Fall Highweight Handicap and has also placed in the G3 Southwest Stakes and the G3 Bold Ruler Handicap. Holy Heavens produced a nice Candy Ride filly on May 9th, 2018.

This mare can really throw a nice baby! Her first three foals, a colt by Uncle Mo (photo above), a colt by Awesome Again and a filly by Uncle Mo, now named Lunar Illusion, have sold for $700,000, $400,000 and $480,000, respectively. The Awesome Again colt, Super Sol, ran an impressive 3rd in his first start at Santa Anita while the Uncle Mo colt, Beneficent, followed that up running 2nd in his debut race two weeks later, also at Santa Anita. We expect big things from all 3 of them in the near future. By G1 winner Quiet American, Kiss the Lady is a black type placed winner herself, finishing second in the Ruthless Stakes and third in the Dearly Precious Stakes. Kiss the Lady was in the money in half of her career starts. This mare produced a lovely Frosted filly on April 6, 2018.

Unbridled’s Song continues to be among the top broodmare sires in North America and this mare continues to help that cause. Her first foal, Sutton’s Smile, a filly by Paddy O’Prado, earned placings in both the G1 Starlet S. and the G3 Jimmy Durante S. as a 2-year-old. Her 2nd foal, Majestic Lyric, by Majestic Warrior, won twice during her freshman campaign and the 2015 filly, Discreesita, by Discreetly Mine, is showing talent in the mornings. Her first foal for Town & Country arrived on March 29, 2018, a beautiful filly from the first crop of Not This Time.

LLANARMON had her first foal in 2017, a colt by Liam’s Map. LLANARMON’s second foal arrived on March 26, 2018, a big filly by Into Mischief.

Her 2015 Speightstown filly, now named Molto Allegro, who brought $525,000 at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale, is now a Stakes winner in Japan having won the 2018 Kobai Stakes. Mo Chuisle gave birth to an awesome Medaglia d’Oro filly on St. Patrick’s Day of 2018.

We could not take our eyes off of this mare when we saw her at the Keeneland January Sale. By Champion 2-year-old, G1 Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner UNCLE MO, some of our farm staff think she’s the best looking mare we’ve bought this season. Having earned black-type placings in the G1 Zenyatta S. and the G2 Chilukki S., this mare will fit right into our broodmare band.

It has always been Mrs. Courtelis’s dream to have a Galileo mare in the Town & Country family. That is why, when we saw PRETTY PERFECT (IRE) being offered at the Keeneland November sale, we just had to have her. Not only is she a physical beauty, she won the G3 Munster Oaks S. in Ireland and placed in both the G2 DFS Park Hill S. and the G3 Irish National Stud E.B.F. Blue Wind S. Additionally, her dam, MILANOVA (AUS), is a G3 winner and multiple G1 placed and a full sister to the great HOLY ROMAN EMPEROR (IRE). Her first foal for Town & Country is a handsome War Front colt, born February 9, 2019.

Her next foal, PROMISE ME SILVER, by Silver City, won 10 races in 14 starts, including the G3 Eight Belles S. Uno Mas Promesa produced a great Pioneerof the Nile filly on March 30, 2018.

She produced her first foal in 2014. Coolmore was very impressed with the War Front colt and secured him after the Keeneland September sale for $650,000. He has been named War Secretary.
